Responsibilities
- Translate an Excel-based game simulation, including its mechanics, investment decisions, scoring, and progression, into an intuitive responsive web application.
- Convert formulas, rules, and game mechanics into reliable web-based application logic.
- Assist learning designers and academics with interfaces, dashboards, and interactive features.
- Develop, deploy, test, debug, and maintain web applications.
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing and deploying web applications.
- Strong skills in modern web application development, including relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
- Preferred knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
- Experience translating complex business logic, formulas, or existing systems into web applications.
- Understanding of user experience and interactive interface design.
- Ability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Web Development.
- Appointment is subject to passing a Working with Children Check.
