Base Salary
$62k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement validated AI solutions and customer workflows from requirements through deployment and technical handover.
- Integrate enterprise systems, APIs, authentication, data sources, business workflows, and tool connections.
- Adapt reusable agent components and configure customer environments, access, secrets, application security controls, and instrumentation.
- Build customer-specific test and evaluation suites and validate results against agreed quality and performance thresholds.
- Use traces, logs, and metrics to troubleshoot behavior, integrations, latency, and cost.
- Prepare deployment, rollback, troubleshooting, runbook, solution inventory, enablement, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Coordinate implementation dependencies, readiness reviews, acceptance of deliverables, and support-responsibility handoffs.
- Return reusable implementation improvements and recurring defects to engineering.
Requirements
- Experience delivering customer-facing software or AI implementations from requirements through deployment and technical handover.
- Experience with Python or TypeScript and enterprise API, authentication, data-source, and workflow integrations.
- Experience developing or adapting agent workflows, model integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool connections.
- Experience deploying applications in cloud or enterprise environments and configuring access, secrets, and application security controls.
- Experience building customer-specific test and evaluation suites and validating quality and performance results.
- Ability to manage implementation dependencies, communicate limitations, and obtain explicit acceptance of deliverables and support responsibilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- U.S. citizenship and a bachelor's degree are required.
- Preferred experience includes LangGraph, MCP servers, LangSmith, Langfuse, production readiness reviews, customer-specific implementation incidents, and converting implementation patterns into reusable engineering improvements.
