Base Salary
$78k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement customer-facing AI solutions from requirements through deployment and technical handover.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, authentication, data sources, business workflows, agent workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool connections.
- Configure customer environments, instrumentation, access, secrets, and application security controls.
- Build customer-specific test and evaluation suites and validate results against agreed quality and performance thresholds.
- Use traces, logs, and metrics to troubleshoot integrations, behavior, latency, and cost.
- Prepare deployment and rollback procedures, runbooks, solution inventories, and technical knowledge-transfer materials.
- Coordinate readiness reviews, manage implementation dependencies, communicate limitations, and obtain acceptance of deliverables and support responsibilities.
- Return reusable implementation improvements and recurring defects to engineering.
Requirements
- Experience delivering customer-facing software or AI implementations from requirements through deployment and technical handover.
- Experience with Python or TypeScript and enterprise API, authentication, data source, and workflow integrations.
- Experience developing or adapting agent workflows, model integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool connections.
- Experience deploying applications in cloud or enterprise environments and configuring access, secrets, and application security controls.
- Experience building customer-specific test and evaluation suites and validating quality and performance results.
- Ability to implement instrumentation and troubleshoot with traces, logs, and metrics.
- Ability to prepare deployment, rollback, runbook, inventory, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Ability to manage dependencies, communicate limitations, and obtain explicit acceptance of deliverables and support responsibilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred experience with LangGraph, MCP servers, LangSmith, Langfuse, or comparable integration and observability tools.
- Preferred experience coordinating production readiness reviews and customer-specific incidents and converting implementation patterns into reusable engineering improvements.
