Responsibilities

Own the architecture, feature development, integrations, maintenance, and scaling of the Enterprise Voice AI Agent.
Build and tune voice AI pipelines covering speech recognition, natural language understanding, dialogue management, and text-to-speech.
Develop and maintain React/Next.js frontend and Node.js/Python backend components.
Integrate the platform with CRMs, telephony platforms, APIs, and client infrastructure.
Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and serve as the primary technical liaison in Dutch.
Write Dutch client documentation, release notes, and user guides, and communicate timelines, risks, and decisions.
Design and integrate agentic AI tools for testing, debugging, monitoring, and feature prototyping.
Continuously improve platform reliability, call handling quality, performance, and production operations.

Professional written and spoken Dutch proficiency is required.
1–3 years of professional software development experience or equivalent strong project-based work is required.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript is required.
Production experience with React and Next.js, including routing, SSR/SSG, API routes, and data fetching, is required.
Backend experience with Node.js and/or Python, including REST APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations, is required.
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, including schema design and querying, is required.
Familiarity with Jest, Playwright, or Cypress and collaborative Git workflows is required.
Understanding of HTTP, authentication, caching, security, and performance is required.
Interest in and basic experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with voice AI, telephony APIs, conversational AI, LLM integration, prompt engineering, agentic AI tools, cloud deployment, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, automated testing, and the Dutch enterprise software landscape.

Remote work arrangement based in Canada.
