Base Salary
$224k - $357k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the AI Factory Build Enablement pillar, including OEM readiness criteria, partner capability verification, and pre-engagement gatekeeping.
- Build, hire, coach, and manage a team of Solutions Architects focused on AI Factory OEM readiness.
- Plan and advise technical teams across readiness, NPI, integration, and end-to-end AI infrastructure build preparation.
- Develop standardized readiness checklists, capability assessments, risk scoring, engagement health monitoring, and services handover criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across architecture, engineering, services, field, program, account, and partner-facing teams.
- Identify recurring readiness gaps, drive corrective actions, and provide leadership visibility into risks, mitigations, blockers, and decision needs.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, data center deployment, AI/HPC systems, partner enablement, technical field engagement, or large-scale systems integration.
- 4+ years of experience leading a team, including hiring, coaching, developing, and directing technical individual contributors.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, cabling, power, cooling, firmware/BMC, Linux, and deployment workflows.
- Experience translating technical requirements into readiness criteria, partner checklists, acceptance gates, or operating processes.
- Ability to assess partner capabilities, identify execution gaps, and drive mitigation plans before deployment or handover.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to coordinate multiple concurrent technical workstreams across complex partner engagements.
- Executive-ready communication skills for summarizing risk, readiness, tradeoffs, and decision requests.
- Preferred experience with AI Factory, accelerated computing, rack-scale AI infrastructure, large-scale GPU systems, HPC deployments, OEM/ODM/system integrator ecosystems, NVIDIA platforms, services or field engineering, and technical talent development.
Benefits
- Base salary range of 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD, plus eligibility for equity and benefits.
