Base Salary
$154k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end technical engagements with strategic customers, including foundation-model builders, physical AI innovators, and enterprise architects.
- Design, demonstrate, and guide implementation of scalable AWS GenAI training and inference solutions.
- Develop GTM plans, customer value propositions, demos, proofs of concept, and enablement materials for AWS sales, solutions architecture, and technical communities.
- Evaluate model performance and help customers deploy and serve large language models at scale.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, research, sales, marketing, business development, and professional services teams.
- Represent the voice of the customer and influence AWS product vision, feature prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
- Communicate GenAI architectures, opportunities, and challenges to technical stakeholders, executives, and C-level leaders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- 10+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience, or a degree in advanced technology.
- Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale and deploying large language models in production.
- Experience with machine learning and LLM fundamentals, training and inference lifecycles, model optimization, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with computer architecture, GPUs, Neuron, TPU, or other AI acceleration hardware.
- Experience deploying and serving LLMs using Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms.
- Hands-on understanding of deep learning, ML algorithms, ML infrastructure, and MLOps workflows.
- Experience working with field teams to drive adoption of ML solutions.
- Preferred: master's degree or above in engineering or an equivalent STEM field.
- Preferred: experience with Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Preferred: experience with product requirements, feature prioritization, roadmap influence, developer communities, model providers, model hosting platforms, or physical AI workloads.
- Preferred: experience with Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, ROS, ROS2, robotics simulation, autonomous systems, or real-time inference pipelines.
