Base Salary
$226k - $339k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and improve the productivity and effectiveness of a North American Solutions Engineering team.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategy, technology positioning, and execution priorities.
- Coach, mentor, develop, hire, onboard, and retain Solutions Engineers.
- Partner with regional sales leaders to prioritize and execute regional sales strategies.
- Develop and communicate F5 solution value propositions to customers and partners.
- Support strategic accounts and partners throughout the sales process in collaboration with sales teams.
- Develop strategic business engagement plans with product, sales enablement, customers, and partners.
- Identify strategic use cases and differentiators and work with product leaders on technical sales enablement strategies.
- Contribute to press articles, interviews, and thought leadership about business transformation through technology.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience driving consultative sales based on customer outcomes.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate sophisticated technological concepts.
- Ability to manage difficult or challenging conversations with customers and employees.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a flexible team player.
- Project management and consultative experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the F5 product suite is a plus.

- Annual base pay range of $225,800.00 to $338,600.00, plus potential incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
