Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy features across the full stack, from database schemas and Python microservices to Svelte frontend components.
- Design and optimize APIs and interactive frontend experiences for AI-driven vulnerability detection and remediation.
- Contribute to architecture decisions for scalable backend distributed systems and modular frontend state management.
- Integrate complex data models and pipelines into the user-facing application in collaboration with AI research and DevOps teams.
- Participate in code reviews, write clean and testable code, and share frontend and backend best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience spanning frontend and backend development.
- Experience with Python or similar high-level languages building scalable services or APIs.
- Deep familiarity with TypeScript and modern component frameworks such as Svelte, React, or Vue, with SvelteKit used primarily at Aisle.
- Strong experience writing and maintaining automated backend and frontend test suites, including tools such as pytest, Vitest, Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, containerized environments using Docker, and basic microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases and API technologies such as REST, GraphQL, or gRPC.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and the OWASP Top 10, plus genuine interest in cybersecurity.
- Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, AI/ML API integration, or enterprise SaaS products is a bonus.
