Base Salary
$114k - $157k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of red team infrastructure, including design, provisioning, and maintenance.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated deployment.
- Manage resource and asset lifecycle, including tracking domains and cloud accounts.
- Develop and improve custom tools and automation to support red team operations.
- Collaborate with operators to understand infrastructure requirements and OPSEC constraints.
- Maintain a representative test environment for pre-operation validation.
- Ensure engagement evidence and operational data are centrally collected for reporting.
- Design infrastructure with OPSEC as a priority, implementing secure access controls.
- Create and update operational documentation and runbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- Strong familiarity with Terraform or equivalent IaC tooling.
- Experience in cloud-native, SaaS, or identity-focused environments.
- Proficiency with configuration management tools like Ansible.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python or Go.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.
- Understanding of OPSEC principles related to offensive infrastructure.
