Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM capabilities.
- Build workflows, integrations, shared components, frameworks, and custom platform solutions.
- Ensure development follows governance, architectural standards, security, compliance, and CoE guidelines.
- Manage partner delivery cycles and validate partner development efforts.
- Support platform upgrades, reduce technical debt, and identify automation and AI adoption opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and broader ServiceNow platform leadership.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and platform configuration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflows, platform configuration, and UI frameworks.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models and Agile/DevOps practices.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills, including the ability to manage partner deliverables and development cycles.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or ITSM CIS certifications and exposure to AI, automation, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
