Base Salary
$160k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-performance JavaScript/React code for fleet command and monitoring.
- Guide the team’s technical direction and elevate software engineering practices.
- Mentor teammates and collaborate on the team’s technical path.
- Work with operators and visit local launch points to understand issues and use cases.
- Implement and refine features based on real-world operator feedback.
- Improve and extend testing, deployment, and monitoring infrastructure.
- Collaborate with roboticists, test engineers, and field operators.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing SPAs or PWAs with modern frameworks such as React, WebComponents, or Vue.
- Strong UI/UX design principles and tools experience.
- Proven experience iterating on released projects actively used by customers in the field.
- Command of software engineering principles, including testing, deployment, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and time-series databases.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- U.S. person status as defined by U.S. export control laws, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, or asylee/refugee status.
- Preferred experience with real-time data, control systems, physical robotics platforms, maritime systems, mission control environments, mapping APIs, data visualization, or telemetry dashboards.
