Responsibilities

  • Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage small development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
  • Establish modern development and delivery practices and lead technical implementation of requirements such as cyber resilience.
  • Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures involving legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.
  • Design and evolve AI-enabled IT architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
  • Lead project teams and communicate complex technical topics in German and English.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
  • At least four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
  • Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
  • Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
  • Initial hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures.
  • Familiarity with software development methods and tools.
  • Comfort working in interdisciplinary and global teams, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Strong German and English communication skills.
