Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Manage a lab of hardware and software.
- Drive the process for moving software and hardware into secure environments through boarding and closure.
- Manage operating system accounts and virtual lab/vDC environments.
- Monitor and review systems, perform firmware upgrades, and support cybersecurity awareness.
- Maintain software and hardware compliance, including logging, antivirus, and patching activities.
- Develop security plans for specific networks and manage equipment auditing.
- Coordinate with supply chain, facilities, and security teams to bring compliant hardware and software into the environment.
Requirements
- Level 2 requires a STEM bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or a master's degree and 0–2 years of experience.
- Level 3 requires a STEM bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, a master's degree and 3 years of related experience, or a PhD and 1 year of experience.
- An active, in-scope U.S. Government Secret clearance is required at application and start, with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
- A current CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT/IAM II certification is required.
- Experience as a systems administrator in a Linux/Red Hat environment is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel 10% is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Linux RH9, security concepts, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, Jenkins, TCP/IP, NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIGs, SCAP Compliance Checker, Tenable Security Center/Nessus, HBSS/ESS, ACAS, and identity/authentication management tools.
