Base Salary
$125k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver security assurance and compliance programs with AWS teams, partners, and customers.
- Define scalable compliance and risk-management approaches that help customers migrate sensitive workloads to AWS.
- Resolve security assurance questions through deep-dive discussions, strategic presentations, recommendations, and hands-on demonstrations of compliance automation.
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into scalable AWS solutions.
- Provide customer and partner feedback to AWS engineering, support, and business teams for technology-roadmap input.
- Travel to customer sites as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
- 4+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Knowledge of AWS services.
- 4+ years advising customers on architectures meeting standards and frameworks including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST.
- US government security clearance of Secret or above.
- Preferred: cloud technology, cloud security, cloud DevOps, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, or CSSLP certification.
- Preferred: experience performing security assessments and information-system audits covering networks, operating systems, application security, and IT processes.
- Preferred: understanding of Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, risk management, and compliance.
- Preferred: fluency with generative AI tools and responsible AI practices.
