Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
- Develop, integrate, test, and deploy AI agents to improve application intelligence and automation.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize interactions with large language models and other AI systems.
- Use the Google ADK to build, test, and deploy AI-powered features.
- Conduct feasibility studies, provide time and cost estimates, and contribute to IT planning and risk assessment.
- Monitor and control application development phases from analysis and design through construction, testing, and implementation.
- Provide user and operational support to business users.
- Recommend and implement security measures during post-implementation analysis.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on application development for senior stakeholders and team members.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Significant experience designing and developing applications with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases for data persistence.
- Demonstrable experience designing, implementing, and integrating AI agents into software systems.
- Practical experience and strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with Google ADK or similar AI agent development kits and platforms.
- Proven experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Ability to work with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, deadline-management, and pressure-handling skills.
Benefits
- Full-time position.
- Primary location compensation is listed as $120,800.00–$170,800.00 annually.
