Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom embedded software solutions across systems and applications.
- Apply embedded software development lifecycle practices and work with real-time operating systems.
- Perform hardware-software integration, embedded-system debugging, and performance optimization under resource constraints.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate communication on project goals and deliverables.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Advanced Embedded System Engineering.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Advanced Embedded System Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of embedded software development lifecycle and real-time operating systems.
- Experience with hardware-software integration and debugging embedded systems.
- Familiarity with low-level programming languages and embedded system architectures.
- Ability to optimize software for performance and resource constraints in embedded environments.
- Experience using embedded-system development tools and simulators.
