Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate wireless features across access point, controller, and management layers.
- Write and maintain software in C/C++ and Python.
- Design and execute test plans and develop automation for feature validation.
- Analyze logs, packet traces, and system behavior to debug issues.
- Reproduce issues and validate fixes across system components.
- Set up and use lab environments for wireless scenario testing.
- Collaborate with platform, radio, QA, and cloud teams.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve development, testing, and debugging efficiency.
Requirements
- A master's degree plus 3 years of experience or a bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience.
- Strong coding skills in C/C++ and Python.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and Wi-Fi basics, including 802.11.
- Experience or interest in testing, automation, and system validation.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Interest in working across development and test domains.
- Preferred: familiarity with WPA2/WPA3 security basics, controllers or cloud-managed systems, and Wireshark or similar tools.
