Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and development of core components of the data platform.
Build tools and services for easy adoption and scaling of data systems.
Automate infrastructure and operations to enhance reliability and performance.
Apply GenAI techniques to improve developer and operator experiences.
Collaborate with engineering teams to address scalability and reliability challenges.
Take ownership of projects and deliver features end-to-end with guidance from senior engineers.

1+ years of professional experience in software engineering, preferably in backend or distributed systems.
Solid programming skills in Python, Go, or a similar language.
Strong fundamentals in software engineering, including data structures and debugging.
Interest in learning about AWS, Databricks, and related technologies.
Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to ask questions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication skills.
