Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create and ship highly-differentiated AI experiences for sales teams.
- Craft Lightfield AI/ML strategy in collaboration with founders and executives.
- Pioneer the training of new models using historical and synthetic data.
- Prototype LLM-powered experiences and develop them into robust product features.
- Recruit and mentor teammates to build a world-class AI/ML engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in NLP with a strong portfolio of model training.
- Strong understanding of deep learning AI/ML frameworks or cloud services.
- Hands-on ML Ops experience.
- Deep expertise in NLP and model training, specifically with LLMs.
- Proven experience adapting open-source generative models for specific use cases.
