Responsibilities

Advise clients on cloud, technology, engineering, data, AI, and business transformation challenges.
Lead discovery and design sessions, technical workshops, architecture reviews, proof-of-concept projects, and technology evaluations.
Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams delivering and prototyping platforms, services, and products.
Define and evaluate functional and non-functional requirements covering performance, scalability, availability, security, manageability, sustainability, and operations.
Support engineering effectiveness, delivery practices, automation, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
Make pragmatic technology decisions and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide guidance on privacy, information security, resilience, responsible AI, and regulatory considerations.
Manage and mentor colleagues through coaching, feedback, and career support.

Experience as a Principal or Lead Cloud Architect, Technical Architect, or Engineering Leader across multiple programs and projects.
Strong experience designing and delivering solutions using modern cloud technologies and engineering practices.
Experience working across complex, distributed, or changing technology environments.
Understanding of how software, platforms, data, and AI capabilities work together to deliver business value.
Strong software and engineering judgment across applications, platforms, infrastructure, data, and cloud services.
Experience working directly with delivery teams through prototyping, technical problem-solving, or hands-on guidance.
Experience in fast-paced, delivery-oriented environments with a focus on quality and practical execution.
Experience guiding, mentoring, and developing colleagues through feedback, coaching, and career support.
Consulting, presales, proposal, or bid-management experience is a differentiator.
Ability to explain complex technical solutions, decisions, trade-offs, and business value to varied audiences.
Open, proactive, adaptable approach to change and continuous learning.
