Responsibilities
- Translate engineering organization needs into clear software requirements for design, development, and testing.
- Develop user-centric pages, components, and web applications with a focus on feasibility and user experience.
- Set up scalable server infrastructure and databases in cloud environments.
- Contribute across all stages of the full-stack software development lifecycle.
- Provide project leadership for milestones, schedules, and quality of deliverables.
- Deploy, support, troubleshoot, and debug software applications that automate technical and business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science with 4+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with one or more of Python, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, or CSS.
- At least 2 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn new programming languages, libraries, and frameworks.
- Preferred: experience with Django, Express.js, React, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Git, and Agile/Scrum development environments.
