Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
- Implement AI in the software testing lifecycle and validate non-deterministic AI model responses.
- Develop scalable backend services with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, relational databases, and SQL.
- Build and integrate React.js frontends with backend APIs and optimize frontend performance.
- Create technical designs, review architecture decisions, and guide backend and frontend implementation practices.
- Modernize applications through monolith decomposition, microservices adoption, API-led integration, and cloud migration.
- Deploy and package applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, conduct code and design reviews, resolve blockers, and align delivery with business priorities.
- Support code quality, security, performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, production readiness, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience is required.
- Bachelor of Technology is listed as a required degree; MBA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, and related listed qualifications are also included in the education requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA, Hibernate, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, and relational databases.
- Strong practical experience with React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, ES6+, hooks, state management, routing, forms, validation, and frontend performance.
- Proficiency with Playwright and TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python, plus experience designing or improving test automation frameworks.
- Experience with functional, regression, and integration testing, AI model testing, CI/CD, and Git.
- Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience and exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
- Experience with application modernization, architecture design, technical leadership, mentoring, and engineering delivery ownership.
- Preferred experience includes Kafka, RabbitMQ, JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Selenium, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, SonarQube, and secure coding practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, documentation, and remote-work skills are required.
