Responsibilities
- Design and develop web applications or APIs for branch, contact centre, digital staff tablet, conversational banking, and omnichannel customer experience projects.
- Review the quality of work produced by junior developers.
- Deploy, support, and maintain existing applications and infrastructure.
- Document program designs, logic, and test cases.
- Perform software and microcode qualification and testing for security fixes, bug fixes, new features, and functionality.
- Develop automation and orchestration tooling to reduce manual interaction.
- Deliver features and components iteratively through the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience developing web applications with React or APIs with Spring Boot.
- Experience working on cloud projects.
- Experience with AI-assisted development.
- Expertise in coding principles and best practices.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, manage competing priorities, and work under pressure.
- Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders and keep pace with technology and industry developments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
