Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Engineer agentic deployments by designing and shipping multi-step workflows across various communication mediums.
- Solve complex problems creatively, addressing challenges like scheduling logic and adaptive patient journeys.
- Translate operational requirements into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ship production systems with high standards of reliability and quality, monitoring outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Contribute reusable patterns and improve shared infrastructure based on deployment experiences.
- Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and clinical teams to align deployment efforts with company goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and operating production software systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on clean, testable code.
- Proficiency in Python as the primary backend language.
- Experience with real-time integrations and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
