Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable components of distributed systems for large-scale data retrieval, storage, processing, and distributed state management.
- Build fault-tolerant systems using redundancy, replication, automatic failover, retries, circuit breakers, timeouts, and recovery-oriented principles.
- Implement performance, load, correctness, fault-injection, and brown-out testing.
- Create alarms, dashboards, telemetry, and alerting mechanisms to monitor system health and proactively detect failures.
- Draft and execute runbooks and operational procedures, diagnose and resolve issues, and participate in support rotations, incident response, and root-cause investigations.
- Develop automation scripts, troubleshooting tools, and Infrastructure as Code for cloud infrastructure maintenance.
- Apply encryption, access controls, security remediation, compliance standards, and change-management practices.
