Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead process improvements, governance, measurement-system enhancements, and audit supervision for end-to-end software quality.
- Support engineering teams in developing, optimizing, and implementing compliant processes.
- Lead operating rhythms to improve software first-pass yield and reduce defect escape rates.
- Act as a gatekeeper for software releases by verifying process adherence and design rigor.
- Develop and maintain metrics and measurement systems for continuous improvement.
- Perform failure analysis of non-conformances and develop effective corrective solutions to prevent recurrence and quality escapes.
- Audit documented standards, processes, and procedures for compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
- At least four years of experience in software development, implementation, and/or quality.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong understanding of process assurance activities, including process audits and corrective and preventative actions.
- Ability to lead by influence and work in a matrix environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
- Preferred: seven years of experience in software design, systems, or testing.
- Preferred: familiarity with root cause analysis techniques, ISO requirements, lead auditor certification, safety-critical software development, CENELEC compliance, and CMMI requirements.
