Base Salary
$129k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents and automations to solve recruiting problems with measurable ROI.
- Own the AI and automation roadmap, including prioritization and communication to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Technology team to design solutions that align with existing AI tools and infrastructure.
- Formulate a clear perspective on AI's value in recruiting and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct build-vs.-buy assessments for AI solutions based on scalability and compliance.
- Deliver quick, pragmatic solutions for ad hoc team requests.
- Partner with the TA Enablement team to enhance AI literacy across the recruiting organization.
- Ensure safety and compliance in all AI systems, including PII handling and audit trails.
- Define success metrics for AI systems and retire ineffective solutions.
- Establish engineering practices for durable AI work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building production software, with 1-2 years focused on applied AI/LLM systems.
- Curiosity about the recruiting domain and willingness to learn from recruiters.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, version control, and testing.
- Experience building AI agents or LLM-driven automations for large teams.
- Ability to integrate with SaaS APIs and manage workflows across tools.
- Demonstrated capability to identify and quantify high-leverage opportunities.
- Strong judgment in evaluating build-vs.-buy decisions.
- Comfortable managing a roadmap and communicating with non-technical leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.
