Base Salary
$157k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain iOS features for onboarding, activation, and user retention.
- Write clean, testable Swift code and improve application performance and reliability.
- Partner with product managers and designers on features that improve conversion and engagement metrics.
- Analyze experiment results and iterate on features to improve user outcomes.
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience building and shipping iOS applications using Swift.
- Experience improving mobile app performance, reliability, and user experience in production environments.
- Experience partnering with product and design teams to deliver user-facing features tied to measurable outcomes.
- Experience using experimentation or A/B testing to guide product decisions.
- Clear communication and collaborative teamwork skills are expected.
