Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the agent harness and orchestration for an LLM-driven autonomous pentester.
- Design tools and feedback mechanisms for probing and exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Translate offensive security expertise into repeatable agent capabilities.
- Own and grow evaluation infrastructure for benchmarking and regression detection.
- Manage LLM inference in production, focusing on model selection and cost control.
- Ensure production safety and no false positives in agent findings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building production software, with strong Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications and multi-step orchestration.
- Proven track record of making LLMs reliable in production environments.
- Experience with evaluation harnesses to measure model or agent improvements.
- Strong instincts for prompt and context engineering.
- Solid software fundamentals including testing and observability.
