Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks using APL, C#, and related tools.
- Execute manual and exploratory testing for complex financial solutions and edge cases.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to define clear, testable requirements.
- Analyze and report bugs clearly and precisely.
- Learn and apply APL to automate solutions built in the language.
- Contribute to continuous integration, quality gates, and deployment pipelines.
- Help maintain product quality and improve delivery reliability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in QA or software engineering with a focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET testing frameworks such as SpecFlow or Reqnroll.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with manual testing in complex business domains, ideally finance or data-heavy systems.
- Solid experience testing APIs, services, and data pipelines.
- Willingness and curiosity to learn APL; prior APL experience is not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Agile and BDD practices.
- Ability to collaborate, take ownership, learn new skills, improve processes, and give and receive constructive feedback.
