Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, release, and deployment processes.
- Provision, configure, maintain, and optimize AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Implement infrastructure as code and automation using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and related tools.
- Build and manage containerized application environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging; troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Apply security, access control, secrets management, patching, vulnerability remediation, governance, and compliance practices.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams on deployment planning and production readiness.
- Document technical solutions and recommend improvements to automation, reliability, scalability, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, system administration, infrastructure engineering, or application deployment support.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or equivalent infrastructure as code tools.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or related container orchestration platforms.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration, networking, security, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Experience with Git or other source code version control tools.
- Familiarity with CloudWatch, Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent monitoring and logging tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
