Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, and related infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Build automation and scripts for infrastructure provisioning, builds, and application deployments.
- Manage cloud environments, servers, virtual machines, containers, and related infrastructure resources.
- Support Docker and Kubernetes containerization and orchestration.
- Administer Linux and Windows systems, including patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Deploy and manage applications on JBoss and Apache servers.
- Configure and manage RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.
- Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and distributed tracing.
- Participate in platform reliability, automated testing, performance tuning, and DevSecOps integration.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and operations teams to improve delivery workflows and infrastructure reliability.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, Agile development, and cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Terragrunt, or Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency administering Linux and Windows systems.
- Experience managing JBoss and Apache application servers.
- Experience configuring RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.
- Familiarity with AWS and VMware.
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, and subnets.
- Exposure to Java and scripting with Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Dynatrace.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred qualifications include infrastructure architecture experience, relevant AWS or Kubernetes certifications, and enterprise IT experience.
