Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide IAM standardization initiatives.
- Drive automation across IAM to enhance user experience.
- Support onboarding of enterprise applications into Azure Entra ID.
- Enhance privileged access management and implement monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, Networking, and Security teams on identity issues.
- Advance Zero Trust Identity Fabric principles.
- Build identity automation with a DevOps mindset.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with identity and access management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Entra ID and related technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services.
- Automation and scripting skills using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Experience in onboarding enterprise applications in Azure Entra ID.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure SSO login methods.
- Knowledge of privileged access tools and secrets management.
- Familiarity with NHI governance concepts and policy-as-code frameworks.
- Good to have familiarity with Microsoft Purview.
- Strong understanding of multi-factor authentication and FIDO2.
- Familiarity with IT security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of logging and monitoring practices for identity events.
- Basic understanding of email security and DNS.
- Experience with backup and recovery strategies for identity services.
- Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
