Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide IAM standardization across identity lifecycle, access governance, and policy enforcement.
- Drive IAM automation to streamline administration and improve the user experience.
- Onboard enterprise applications into Azure Entra ID using SSO, Conditional Access, and RBAC.
- Enhance privileged access management and build scalable monitoring, alerting, and auditability solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, Networking, and Security teams to troubleshoot identity issues and support global infrastructure initiatives.
- Advance Zero Trust identity principles, including continuous verification, least privilege, and identity-aware policy enforcement.
- Build identity automation through scripts, pipelines, and custom engineering tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with identity and access management and automating cloud technologies, particularly in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Privileged Identity Management.
- Automation and scripting experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Microsoft Graph API, plus knowledge of Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps.
- Experience onboarding and managing enterprise applications in Azure Entra ID and integrating SSO methods such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
- Knowledge of privileged access tools, secrets management, workload identity patterns, NHI governance, policy-as-code frameworks, MFA, FIDO2, identity event monitoring, backup and recovery, email security, and DNS.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, IT security frameworks, compliance standards, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical explanation skills.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
