Responsibilities
- Lead Adobe Experience Platform data strategy and connect it to the AEP product roadmap.
- Collaborate with delivery, business, DevOps, engineering, product management, marketing, and technology teams on enterprise client programs.
- Evaluate new AEP features, conduct proofs of concept, and determine how they support client use cases.
- Implement Alloy.js and extend Customer Journey Analytics across portfolios.
- Integrate AEP, Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Build solutions using AEP Data Science workspace, Attribution AI, and Customer AI capabilities.
- Participate in user story analysis, elaboration, software design, development, testing, and automation.
- Research and resolve issues identified by QA or product support while meeting software quality and delivery targets.
- Design, implement, and support enterprise-grade technical solutions for cloud environments and data loading between CDPs, data lakes, Salesforce, and marketing orchestration systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Adobe Experience Platform experience, including enterprise AEP setup and hands-on work with one or more of Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Intelligence Services.
- Experience implementing Alloy.js and working with AEP APIs and deployment processes.
- At least 3 years of experience building omni-channel personalization implementations.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Marketo Engage, or Adobe Campaign.
- At least 3 years of experience with big data or cloud platforms or Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- At least 5 years of backend technology experience, including Python, Java, J2EE, Tomcat, and REST.
- Strong software architecture, design, problem-solving, and enterprise cloud solution skills.
- Experience loading data into and out of CDPs from data lakes, Salesforce, and marketing orchestration systems.
- Adobe Certified Expert or RT-CDP Expert certification in AEP is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, is preferred.
