Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, QA engineers, full-stack developers, analysts, and other engineering team members to design and build systems.
- Coordinate with clinical analysts, product analysts, quality analysts, and software engineers.
- Contribute to security and risk assessments for production application deployments.
- Interact with customers to resolve operational problems and determine customer requirements.
- Participate in on-call support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and five years of software development experience, or a high school diploma/GED and ten years of software development experience.
- Five years of software development experience using Java, C#, or Python in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- At least one year of experience with relational SQL or NoSQL databases.
- At least one year of experience with cloud architecture, particularly AWS, web application security, and large-scale hosted applications.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda and Step Functions, Linux/Unix development, Agile software engineering practices, testing, configuration management, and commercial enterprise software delivery.
