Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modular, reusable React components for rich and responsive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to improve UI/UX and shape new user flows.
- Write and maintain comprehensive test cases and participate in design and code reviews.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and best practices, including performance optimization and UI responsiveness.
- Build scalable visualization components for device relationships, floorplans, and system topologies.
- Build and maintain reusable AI skills, agent definitions, and specifications for AI-assisted workflows.
- Review and verify AI-generated code for correctness.
- Maintain executable specifications and living documentation that stay synchronized with code.
- Connect AI tooling to internal systems such as design tools, issue trackers, component libraries, and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- High proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript and extensive experience with React.
- Strong understanding of programming principles, design patterns, modern web protocols, and security practices.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Commitment to clean code, performance optimization, frontend profiling, and UI responsiveness.
- Experience integrating AI-assisted workflows into frontend pipelines, including code review or test generation.
- Experience with executable specifications, living documentation, and AI-assisted code review.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and connecting AI tooling to internal systems.
- Nice to have Node.js, additional programming languages, or full-stack development experience.
- Nice to have Redux, React-Redux, redux-saga, styled-components, and Jest experience.
- Nice to have experience with multimedia files, networking, mobile or IoT interfaces, visualization techniques, and high-interaction UI behaviors.
