Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set and enforce development and coding standards to improve software quality and efficiency.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional and technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and address technical challenges and risks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP BTP Datasphere.
- At least 5 years of overall experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience establishing and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to lead and coordinate technical teams through complex project phases.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalable solution design.
- Competence in troubleshooting technical issues across multiple teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
