Base Salary

$161k - $193k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration, deployment, and software readiness activities for autonomy applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain software infrastructure for seamless integration of various capabilities into TorcDrive.
  • Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex system-level issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve software integration and delivery workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate new capabilities into vehicle-ready releases.
  • Support software bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting across various environments.
  • Contribute to release readiness activities, ensuring software quality and operational stability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
  • Strong software development experience in C++ within Linux-based environments.
  • Experience developing and debugging distributed software systems or autonomous vehicle platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 and modern software development tools like Bazel, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
  • Working knowledge of perception, planning, localization, and other autonomy stack components.
  • Experience with software integration practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Proficiency with Python scripting and automation.
