Responsibilities
- Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation solutions for LLM-powered applications.
- Develop and optimize LLM fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific adaptation, including Wireless/5G use cases.
- Build and maintain autonomous, multi-step agentic workflows.
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure and iteratively improve model performance.
- Develop model SDKs, frameworks, and application APIs supporting enterprise AI solutions.
- Address ultra-low latency, high-throughput scalability, and orchestration across on-premises and cloud-based data systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field with 3+ years of software engineering or related experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with 2+ years or a PhD with 1+ year.
- 1–5 years of AI or machine learning engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Experience with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and vector databases such as Milvus or Pinecone.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Transformers.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and reinforcement learning is highly valued.
- A master’s degree with an ML specialization is preferred.
