Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions for Docebo’s SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver product features.
- Write clean, efficient, documented code and participate in peer reviews.
- Refactor systems to reduce technical debt, improve performance, and maintain code quality.
- Monitor and troubleshoot live applications and resolve production issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of full-stack development experience.
- Recent hands-on Golang experience is essential, with Go serving as the primary day-to-day focus.
- Experience with other languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/Node.js is preferred.
- Understanding of Scrum environments and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with automated testing and testing frameworks.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
