Responsibilities
- Define product direction and build core systems.
- Take full ownership of problems from idea to production.
- Develop and ship end-to-end experiences.
- Iterate quickly and make decisions without perfect specifications.
- Ensure product quality, user experience, and craftsmanship.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building production web applications.
- Experience with modern web stacks like TypeScript, React, or Next.js.
- Familiarity with backend systems and APIs such as Node or Python.
- Comfortable working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work across the stack.
- Solid understanding of performance, system design, and scalability.
- Experience building and shipping production systems.
