$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define product direction and build core systems.
- Ship end-to-end experiences with high ownership.
- Develop context over time using memory and business rules.
- Explore data and surface insights proactively.
- Execute workflows and make decisions based on data.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience building production web applications.
- Proficiency in modern web stacks like TypeScript, React, or Next.js.
- Experience with backend systems and APIs such as Node or Python.
- Comfortable working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work across the stack.
- Solid understanding of performance, system design, and scalability.
- Experience building and shipping production systems.
