Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders to define product direction.
- Build core systems for Coefficient’s agentic data intelligence platform and shared data world model.
- Own problems from initial idea through production delivery.
- Develop autonomous-agent experiences that understand data, surface insights, execute workflows, and generate outputs.
- Ship end-to-end product experiences with strong attention to product quality, UX, and craft.
- Make decisions quickly and iterate in an environment without perfect specifications.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience building production web applications.
- Proficiency with modern web stacks such as TypeScript, React, and Next.js or similar technologies.
- Experience with backend systems and APIs using technologies such as Node, Python, and Flask or similar technologies.
- Comfort working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work across the stack.
- Solid understanding of performance, system design, and scalability.
- Experience building and shipping production systems.
- High agency, strong ownership, curiosity, and comfort operating in ambiguous, low-structure environments.
