Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom Salesforce software solutions and application components.
- Design and implement trade promotion management solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Use declarative and programmatic Salesforce development tools to build efficient business processes.
- Apply integration techniques and data management practices within cloud-based Salesforce applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with teams to make project and technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams and lead process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for timely delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Required proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional, Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and customization options.
- Experience designing and implementing trade promotion management solutions in Salesforce.
- Ability to use declarative and programmatic Salesforce development tools.
- Familiarity with integrations and data management in cloud-based Salesforce applications.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
