Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Java APIs using Spring Boot on cloud platforms.
Define and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and promote API development best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Mentor and guide developers while fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation, automated testing, and cloud deployments.
Ensure application security, scalability, and performance in cloud environments.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support.
Monitor system health, optimize resource usage, and manage cloud costs.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture and process improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Java backend/API development.
Preferred: 7+ years of experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and SOA applications using Java and Spring technologies.
Preferred: 3+ years of experience mentoring and guiding junior developers and testers as a lead developer.
Preferred: 3+ years of experience and certifications in cloud technology, including Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
Experience leading technical teams or projects and strong understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.
Experience with microservices architecture, cloud-native development and deployment, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
