Responsibilities

Lead customer workshops to gather business, functional, and technical requirements.
Design, implement, and optimize fraud, financial crime, and compliance solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and implementation approaches.
Deliver end-to-end implementations covering requirements analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Lead technical workstreams and collaborate with customer business and technology teams.
Provide technical leadership and consulting throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop reusable delivery assets, best practices, and improved delivery approaches.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the regional consulting practice.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.
4–8 years of consulting, enterprise software implementation, or solution delivery experience; candidates with slightly less experience may be considered.
Experience delivering enterprise fraud, financial crime, or compliance solutions in banking, financial services, FinTech, or payments.
Experience leading technical workstreams and working directly with customers, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, Linux/Unix, ETL, APIs, cloud technologies including Kubernetes, and enterprise application integration.
Understanding of payment fraud, card fraud, digital banking fraud, anti-money laundering, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer due diligence/KYC, and financial crime investigations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regional and global delivery teams.
Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific as required.
