Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Document technical specifications and application workflows.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications for complex business requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Use integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Monitor application performance and recommend functionality improvements.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize Salesforce applications.
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for external system connectivity.
- Salesforce OmniStudio Platform experience is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
