Base Salary
$196k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack security solutions for user accounts.
- Lead efforts to strengthen session security and authentication.
- Maintain and improve security-critical authentication services.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance user-facing security tools.
- Identify and design solutions for emerging threats to user security.
- Research and implement new security capabilities for the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience securing production applications.
- 3+ years of programming experience in a general-purpose language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Rust).
- Hands-on experience building and shipping production software with security features.
- Experience with authentication and account security technologies like WebAuthn and MFA.
- Ability to reason about the security of complex systems and provide guidance on secure design.
- Experience leading security projects with cross-functional teams.
