Base Salary

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship customer-facing AI-powered product features using TypeScript, Go, and AWS.
Architect and implement agentic workflows, LLM pipelines, and intelligent automation.
Integrate foundation models into existing product surfaces with a focus on latency and output quality.
Utilize AI-native development tools as a core part of your workflow.
Lead architecture and code reviews with a focus on reliability and security.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs into AI-driven experiences.
Own projects end-to-end from concept through production, including monitoring and iteration.
Stay current with AI tooling and foundation model advancements.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record in shipping product features.
2+ years of hands-on experience building AI-powered applications in production.
Proficiency in TypeScript and strong backend engineering fundamentals.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across the software development lifecycle.
Experience designing and operating distributed systems in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and production deployment practices.
Strong computer science fundamentals including systems design and data structures.
Fluency with AI-native development workflows and AI-assisted coding tools.
Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
