Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and test firmware features for Yubico products such as YubiKey and YubiHSM.
- Implement established cryptographic protocols and contribute to the creation of future protocols.
- Write libraries and utilities that expose product features to higher-level applications.
- Develop integrations with existing systems.
- Contribute to open-source software and the open-source community.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience writing software for constrained-resource microprocessors.
- High proficiency in C.
- Experience with cryptography and security, including areas such as smart cards, PKCS#11, encryption schemes, and cryptographic libraries.
- Familiarity with Linux, Git, preferably through the command line, and Python or similar high-level languages.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative, and listen to others.
- Experience integrating or building open-source software.
