Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tools for ISR data aggregation, linking, analysis, and visualization.
- Build application functionality for structured and unstructured data from diverse sources and formats.
- Perform application development, automated extract/transform/load operations, database operations, and front-end and back-end design.
- Develop ETL processes that merge and normalize related data sources.
- Integrate legacy SOAP APIs, RESTful APIs, and other data sources, including text-based and web-based scraping.
- Troubleshoot application networking, routing, client certificates, and errors.
- Interface with clients, stakeholders, military personnel, and data providers to support ISR analysis activities.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field is required.
- At least five years of experience with software design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Strong Python programming experience and experience with other object-oriented languages.
- Experience with CentOS or other Linux distributions, Docker, Ansible, Cron tasks, PuTTY, and DevSecOps-related software.
- Experience developing ETL processes, including merging and normalizing related data sources.
- Experience with asynchronous code running in queuing systems such as Redis Queue.
- Experience with legacy web service APIs such as SOAP and with text-based and web-based data scraping.
- Ability to troubleshoot application networking, routing, client certificates, and errors.
- Experience building products and services from the ground up is desired.
- Experience building RESTful APIs is desired.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB, is desired.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer networking and information security is desired.
- Ability to work in a small, innovative, agile team environment, including at government sites with limited access to advanced development and database tools.
